Description

Please see FRA�s RFP for MAIN CAMPUS AREA SEWER INSPECTION, CLEANING & TELEVISING, Statement of Work, and Drawings/Pics to understand FRA�s requirement. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for September 6, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. Central Time. Visitors should meet in the atrium of Wilson Hall at the designated time. Each Offeror is considered a business visitor and is required to fill out an Access Request form no September 2, 2022 at https://fermi.servicenowservices.com/expert_shell.do?sysparm_sys_id=63f9f6a8dbd148104e65ff621f961975 Upon request approval, the business visitor will receive an informal invitation letter with a QR code, which you must present at the security gate. If the individual has not submitted the request, the business visitor will be denied entry. Note that onsite access will be dependent on citizenship status. If you are a Foreign National, access may be delayed or denied. If you have a current Fermilab badge, you are not required to fill out the Access Request form. Also provide First and Last Name of Person(s) attending site visit to gdutollo@fnal.gov by noon, September 2, 2022, including those holding a current Fermilab badge. Offerors are requested to submit questions relative to the RFP and should be submitted via email to gdutollo@fnal.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing no later than September 13, 2022. Proposals are due on September 23, 2020 3:00 PM CST.
