- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.:� 19GE5022Q0049 The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for: Communications equipment for mobile communications centers for the U.S. Embassy Ukraine as described below, to be awarded during the third quarter of calendar year 2022. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) would like to purchase a communication equipment for 50 mobile communications centers that will help conduct forward field operations for securing Ukraine�s borders. The equipment will include but not be limited to Satellite internet terminal kit, Router, Switch, IP phone, Wi-Fi access point. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror�s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications. This is a brand name or equal acquisition for Communications equipment. Companies interested in the solicitation should express their interest by written correspondence, no later than 08/30/2022, at the following email address (gallonea@state.gov) and MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone, Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm. Please DO NOT TELEPHONE. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English.
