- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT The Coatesville VA Medical Center (CVAMC) located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320, is conducting market research to identify potential sources to provide a mobile kitchen (kitchen a la cart) for their wellness program. The Kitchen al a cart will be utilized to provide Whole Health related food and nutrition programs, such as Healthy Teaching Kitchen for Veterans and employees. The purpose of this sources sought is to obtain interests from contractors who can provide courier services while following the specifics of the attached Scope of Work. This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for quote or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and VA assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the preparation of responses submitted as a result of this notice. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. The purpose of this market research is to identify capable sources that are both experienced and qualified to provide the required equipment stated in the salient characteristics attached.. Capability Statement and Documentation: Companies are invited to provide their capabilities, experience, and knowledge in providing Community Based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Services. Sources are asked to provide the following information: 1. Company name, address, website, DUNS number, business type, socio-economic status (e.g., SDVOSB, VOSB, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), general small business, large, business, etc.), and person of contact including telephone number and email address). 2. Indicate and explain your capability of providing this service. 4. Indicate your company s size under NAICS 492110. 5. Please indicate any government contracts held including government agency, contract number, dollar value, period of performance, and government contact information. 6. If you are not a Small Business, please explain the possibilities of Small Business Subcontracting opportunities. In addition to a Capability Statement which includes the above information, submissions can include, but not limited to, brochures etc. as attachments. Information regarding your company s capacity and capability to provide such services are to be submitted electronically on or before Wednesday, 08/24/2022 prior to 12:00 pm (EST) addressed to Stefanie Carter, Contract Specialist Stefanie.carter3@va.gov.
