Description

UPDATE: THIS ACTION IS ANTICIPATED TO BE AWARDED BY OCTOBER 01, 2023 The Construction Kitchenettes Project. Base-Build-Bid work�will include interior renovation of selected spaces in Buildings 11265, 11266 and 11332; to include�counters, sinks, refrigerators, stoves, exhaust vent over stove, fire suppression system , flooring and ceiling replacement, followed by Option 1 for Buildings 2901 and 2904, Option 2 for�Buildings 2413 and 1014, Option 3 for Building 9895. The Design-Bid-Build Contract will include�the Construction of the required renovations. Magnitude of Construction: $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00 THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ONLY.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTE, OR INVITATION FOR BID.� THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
