- Department of Veterans Affairs, St. Joseph County VA Clinic (SJCVAC) located at 1540 Trinity Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545 has a requirement for collection and removal of regulated biohazardous medical waste. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is September 1, 2022, for One (1) year base period plus Four (4) One (1) year option period. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 19, 2022. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.sam.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: olalekan.ismail@va.gov no later than August 23, 2022. Quotations are due no later than 4:00 pm (EST) on August 25, 2022, by email olalekan.ismail@va.gov NAICS 562112 applies. Size standards $41.5 Million.
