- The Department of Agriculture, US Forest Service, Business Operations Procurement & Property Services Field Procurement Center Southwest Zone Procurement Support CSA2, and Sierra National Forest requires delivery of six (6) ozone monitors for R5 Regional Air Quality Program delivered to: Sierra National Forest ����������������������� Attn: Guadalupe Amezquita ����������������������� 1600 Tollhouse RD ����������������������� Clovis, CA 93611 This is a combined / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://acquisition.gov/far. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This is solicitation no.127EAS22Q0073 a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.�The NAICS code is 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing.� The size standard requirement for this NAICS code is 500. The government intends to award a single award Firm Fixed Price Contract. This requirement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Award will be made based on price, technical, and past performance.
