- Description
- The high risk driving and shooting course shall teach students to actively identify an active shooter while taking cover and returning fire, offensive vehicle movements and countering kidnap attempts. The contractor will provide instruction based on proper aim, clearing a jammed weapon in stressful conditions, loading, and reloading while walking, and properly holstering the concealed weapon, tactical driving techniques and countering kidnapping attempts. Two instructors shall provide a minimum of eight hours of instruction for five days totaling 40 hours up to 15 participants during the week of September 12-16, 2022. Instructors shall have a top secret security clearance.�
