Description: The government is seeking a fully serviced office-space lease up to five (5) years (1-year firm term with 4 renewal year options), with termination rights for APPROXIMATELY 1,200 rentable square feet within the delineated area set forth in the below attachment/map. There are 3 acceptable areas.� The layout must have, or be able to accommodate, a meeting space for up to twenty-five (25) people. The term is to begin on 30 September 2022 through 29 September 2023, with renewal rights through 29 September 2027.�
