Description
Amendment 2 adds an ""Other Direct Costs"" line item and provides a Past Performance Assessment Chart as well as the SF 1449. Amendment 1 updates the submission dates for proposals and questions. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development�s (HUD) Office of Policy, Development, and Research (PD&R) is seeking the services of a contractor to study the implementation and impact of the Public Housing Agency (PHA) waivers authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
