- In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to Woman Owned Small Business, SupraVISTA Medical DSS, LLC, located at 514 Maon Road, Farnham, VA 22460: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 Annual Licensing Fee for Brillians (formerly SupraVISTA) 09/01/2022 to 08/31/2023 1 YR 1001 Annual Licensing Fee for Brillians (formerly SupraVISTA) Option Year One 09/01/2023 to 08/31/2024 1 YR 2001 Annual Licensing Fee for Brillians (formerly SupraVISTA) Option Year Two 09/01/2024 to 08/31/2025 1 YR TOTAL $ The SupraVista Brillians licenses required, are only available directly from SupraVista Medical DSS, LLC which owns the proprietary rights to the highly specialized software. Brillians is the only Cognitive Support System (CSS) software that has the unique capability/features to meet VHA Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) users' needs and seamlessly integrate with VistA and CPRS at the sites. No competing products were found to meet this need. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210 and the Business Size Standard is $41.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 16:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, August 22nd, 2022. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to Lindsey.Zwaagstra@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
