Description

The Federal Prison Industries located in Coleman, FL is seeking cleaning, repairs or replacement of the dust collector duct work system in the UNICOR Office Furniture factory. A site visit at 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, FL is required for all submissions for this solicitation. I have attached the statement of work and an NCIC form. All interested offerors shall complete the attached NCIC form in its entirety and email it to Clarice.Bailey@usdoj.gov by Tuesday, August 9, 2022, 2:00PM, EDT. A limit of two (2) individuals per company applies for the site visit. An NCIC form shall be completed for each individual interested in attending. Only offerors with approved NCIC forms will be able to participate in the site visit scheduled for Friday, August 12, 2022, at 1:00PM, EDT. Notification to offerors with approved NCIC forms will be on or before Thursday, August 11, 2022, 10:00AM, EDT. Offerors that do not participate in the site visit will not be considered for award. The Government intends to make a single award that presents the best value to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the quotes received: site visit attendance, earliest date of service, price, past performance, warranty, adherence to statement of work and specifications. A full Request for Quote will be posted on or before Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
