Description

The is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued in accordance with FAR 12 and in conjunction with Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR 13.5. Evaluation of price and other factors will be performed in accordance with procedures outlined in FAR 13.106-3. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), Number 36C25622Q1380. The government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price, Contract for Temporary, Overnight Lodging Accommodation Services in accordance with the Statement of Work for the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Houston, TX. Set- Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business NAICS Code: 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motel Small Business Size Standard: $35.0 Million Product Service Code: V231 Lodging - Hotel/Motel Lodging. Quotes shall be valid for 90 days from the close of this solicitation.
