Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: GVX3 Enterprise software and support for a base and 2, 1-year options. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract GVX3 Enterprise software and support. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year with Period of Performance of a base and 2, 1-year options The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 10:00 AM EST on 15 Aug 2022.� Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
