- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:� The NAICS Code is 541519. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to Iron Bow Technologies for Iron bow flex credits to redesign and implement the ShOC-N DMZ. �Iron Bow Technologies is a certified provider of specialized consulting services to provide the support required to implement the DMZ. Iron Bow has experience and training on these specific requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. �However, all responses received electronically by 1:00PM PST, 12 August 2022 that are equivalent to Iron Bow Technologies will be considered by the Government. �A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any information should be e-mailed to rachel.tilley.1@us.af.mil no later than 12 August 2022, at 1:00PM Pacific Time.� All questions should be directed to Ms. Rachel Tilley at rachel.tilley.1@us.af.mil. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads �F2FT572210A002, Iron Bow Flex Credits�� Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files).� Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.� Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Nellis AFB.� If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent.� The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
