For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and an email address. PRON: AX2F2189AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) contract an initial quantity of 480 each up to 1800 each of a LANDING GEAR, FIXED, NSN: 1620-01-231-1831, Part Number: 70250-12051-045 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1 st Year 480 each, 2nd Year 660 each, 3rd Year 660 each. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE: 78286, Triumph Actuation Systems, CAGE: 33068, Bemsco Inc., CAGE 29560, Rotair Aerospace Corporation, CAGE 54878, Integral Aerospace, LLC, CAGE 4N727, and Transaero Inc., CAGE 27541. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: usarmy.redstone.ccdc-avmc.mbx.ame-sar@mail.mil and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
