- Description
- Amendment 1: Employee Engagement Voting Algorithm Platform The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received and extend the closing date of the solicitation. Offers are due 08-12-2022 @ 14:00 MST. Submit offers to the attention of Charles Gritzmacher via email to: charles.gritzmacher@va.gov Responses to submitted questions are included in this amendment. Employee Engagement Voting Algorithm Platform Questions & Answers Q: What is the anticipated number of employees to utilize the platform annually? A: Approximately 780 employees will utilize the software to complete surveys. Of those about 5 will have administrator privileges to create surveys. 2. Q: We interpret 3e. in the SOW to be asking for an online interface to run frequencies and tables on data. Also, access to real-time data files. Is this correct? A: Based on the assumption that what NCO19 published as the SOW is the highlighted text below, it would be more than just frequencies and tables. Gamification would include point scoring of responses, using system programing to pose two trending responses against each other for users to see, etc. 3. Q: We interpret 3j. to mean that we need to hide employee PII in the dataset based on security role (e.g., allow manager to see but hide from all others). Is this accurate? A: Based on the assumption that what NCO19 published as the SOW is the highlighted text below, not only will the ability to hide PII be necessary, it also must be able to be not captured/gathered as well (as option when a survey is set up). 4. In 3u. of the SOW, will the government seek additional consulting and reporting? If so, will the government articulate expectations of employee engagement strategy? Please let us know if you have questions or require more insight regarding these questions. For your information, we have attached a copy of our capability statement below which references our commercial and Government experiences in this area. A: Based on the assumption that what NCO19 published as the SOW is the highlighted text below, no, the VA is not seeking additional reporting outside of the standard requirements of the SOW. Consulting would be limited to routine sharing of updates to the software by the contractor with administrators and providing infrequent guidance on how best to locate relevant engagement questions that may be relevant to a survey in the software s bank of question.
