- This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific)'s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a sole source basis to WTW Tracking Antennas LLC (CAGE: 9A6H7). The Government intends to negotiate solely with Signature Research, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the size standard is 1,250 (number of employees). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirements may submit a quote, and may be considered by the Government.
