Description
This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific)'s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a sole source basis to WTW Tracking Antennas LLC (CAGE: 9A6H7). The requirement is for the following; ITEM 0001; DESCRIPTION: Portable dual axis Tracking Antenna IP66; QTY: 2 ITEM 0001 DETAILS: Gain: ~ 33 dBi @ 5900 MHZ Frequencies: C-Band: 5900-6300MHz Filter integrated Polarization: (dual Polarization) Tracking Mode: Manual-, Program-, GPS-, Auto-tracking (SCM) Power: 85 � 264 VAC, 50/60Hz Movement: AZ: Unlimited, EL: -5� up to 90� Velocity: max. 60�/sec. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Signature Research, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the size standard is 1,250 (number of employees). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirements may submit a quote, and may be considered by the Government.
