Description
PECK MESA CULTURAL SURVEY, 2,125 acres The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado, has a requirement, prior to mechanical (mastication), Lop and scatter, piling, and prescribed burning to locate, evaluate and adequately protect all sites from the effects of the undertaking. All newly identified sites and isolated finds located will be recorded and mapped. Previously recorded sites will be re-located, evaluated, and re-recorded if their original recording is over 15 years old; for those identified within 15 years of the current inventory, complete OAHP Cultural Re-Visitation Forms addressing impacts or changes to the site, if any exist. Potentially eligible sites will be tested to determine site depth potential, integrity, and eligibility wherever possible. The project location is in Moffat County Colorado. Details are included in the Statement of Work, maps, and Wage Determination attached to this RFQ. A KMZ location file is also available, but the format is not compatible with SAM, you can request the file by emailing the Contract Specialist Linda Neely at lneely@blm.gov. No site visit is scheduled but offerors may visit the site on their own. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, which has a small business size standard of $16.50M. Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. See provision 52.212-2 `Evaluation' for details of what must be included with your quote. Quotes shall be submitted via email to lneely@blm.gov by no later than Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 4:00 pm MDT. All quotes received will be acknowledged by a return email. Please include the RFQ number (140L3722Q00869) in the subject line of the email to ensure your quote is properly identified. Due to system limitations submissions through sam.gov or FBMS/PRISM will not be accepted. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation. Please include your SAM UEI (Unique Entity ID) number with your quote so that we can verify your registration.
