Description

ASRC, Arctic Slope Regional Corporation Federal Field Services, LTD under the BOS contract FA3002-21-C-0003 is contemplating issuing a solicitation for the renovation of Officer Unaccompanied Housing facilities 643 and 644. There will be 2 separate solicitations, one for each of the projects, and two separate awards. The 2 projects are very similar with regards to requirements and condition. The 2 projects will be worked concurrently. Notice to Offeror (s)/Supplier (s):� Funds are not presently available for this effort.� No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.� The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals.� In the event that the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.��� AFFS anticipates the solicitation of these projects to be posted within the next 2 weeks. The project titles will be identified as: XTLF 19-1043 Renovate Officer Unaccompanied Housing - F643� XTLF 19-1044 Renovate Officer Unaccompanied Housing - F644
