Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. This is on a basis other than full and open competition, Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price from National Grazing Lands Coalition (NatGLC). The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit in accordance with Federal Acquisitions Regulations 13.106-1(b): Only one source reasonably available and no other supplies of services will satisfy the agency's requirement.
