Description

The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for NOAA Northeast Fisheries Science Center Study Fleet Program, as described in the Performance Work Statement. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select up to 10 contractors; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 541715. The small business Number of Employees is 1,000. The base period of performance of this requirement is from September 15, 2022� September 14, 2023, with four (4) option periods. In the event that all option periods are exercised, the total period of performance of this requirement will be September 15, 2022� September 14, 2027. Quotations submitted in response to this solicitation are due no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on August 12, 2022, and shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer at the contact information listed in this solicitation.
