N3904022Q0074 This is a presolicitation notice for a commercial services requirement for providing Barge Maintenance Services at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requires a contractor to provide Preventative Maintenance & Repairs, to include a full range of intermediate-level troubleshooting, repair, renewal, refurbishment, modernization, maintenance and testing of U.S. Navy Living Barges and their auxiliary systems (hull, mechanical and electrical).The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is NAICS Code 336611. �The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS Code is 1,250 employees.
