- Description
- The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) located at 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN 37204 is requesting for a quote for Food Supply Service (provide and deliver groceries) to various locations throughout Tennessee and out of state training site locations�in support of monthly drill periods, and annual training events. Grocery orders will be based on TNARNG 15 Day Menu. Solicitation number W912L722R0001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed price contract to provide�all delivery supplies, plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to operate a subsistence prime vendor program for the supply and distribution of food items directly to end users within the State of Tennessee as well as nearby out of state sites. The prime vendor must provide the TNARNG a customized web-based ordering program where the end user will enter the number of soldiers to be fed and program must be compatible with Windows 10 or newer version and allow the end user to submit their request through the COR�and approve the order prior to the vendor shipping the order. Due to the different number of personnel in each unit, the vendor should benable to supply less than case lots when required and refrigerated shipping as needed. Nonfood items will not be included in this contract. Normally, subsistence items ordered will be mostly raw or uncooked requiring food preparation and or cooking by National Guard personnel. In addition to the monthly drills, called Inactive Duty Training (IDT) each unit normally has two weeks of Annual Training (AT) each year. Some units conduct AT in-state, while some units go out of state to places such as Ft. Chaffee, AR, Ft. Stewart, GA, Ft. Knox, KY, Ft. Campbell, KY and Camp Shelby, MS, and Tunnel Hill, GA. The prime vendor should be prepared to support both nearby out-of-state and in-state AT delivery. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, effective date 05/26/2022. This requirement is being advertised as Unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 311991 with the small business size standard of 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Contracting Officer.� Quotes are due on 21 August 2022 at 11:00 AM central time.
