Description: The 409th Theater Contracting Command has a requirement for a waterjet cutting machine for delivery to 21st Theater Sustainment Command in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The Government intends to solicit quotations from sources within the local trade area in accordance with the procedures at FAR 13.104. This synopsis is being posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.203(h) to comply with the purchase of end products subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA).
