Description

Vehicles acquisition through Toyota Gibraltar for the U.S. Embassy Dakar. This is not a solicitation.� �This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a single source procurement under NAICS Code 423110. The U.S. Embassy Dakar, Senegal will award a purchase order to Toyota Gibraltar stockholdings, Ltd, to provide five (05) Land cruiser 300 Station Wagon GX-R Petrol, Automatic, model VJA300L-GNUAZV SFX: A02 This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1), Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.302-1, entitled �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements�. For this requirement, Toyota Gibraltar. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Embassy Dakar requirements.� Note the total estimated amount is over $250,000.00 for this acquisition; hence 2% Zadroga Act tax shall be applicable. This acquisition will be provided to Dakar / Senegal and the Point of contact is Contracting Dwight Samuels �samuelsda@state.gov
