Description

Contracting Service Area #7, Southwest Zone, Apache�Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for NFSR 26 Road Reconditioning, Aggregate Surfacing, and Road Stabilization on the Alpine Ranger District, Greenlee County, Arizona. Work includes reestablishing the road template on NFSR 26, furnishing, and placing a 4-inch lift of aggregate base material (3/4-inch minus), and stabilizing 4-inch aggregate with 80/20 Ligninsulphonate/Mag Chloride Blend product. Placement will take place from the intersection of NFSR 26 and St. Hwy 191 (MP 0), west for approximately 10 miles (MP 9.5). The NAICS code for this requirement is 237310 and size standard of $39.5M. The government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a Performance Price Trade-Off acquisition and award(s) will be made based upon the best value to the government in accordance with FAR 15.3. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will be posted to the beta.SAM.gov website on or about Jun 29, 2022. The estimated proposal due date is Jul 28, 2022. No response to this notice is necessary and all interested contractors should register on the Interested Vendors List on the beta.SAM website. Prospective contractors must be registered in the beta.SAM prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing date, with no obligation to the offeror by the government.
