Description: Rental and servicing of 23 portable toilet units. Toilets to be supplied with sinks, soap dispensers, toilet paper and water with paper towels for hand washing. Toilets are to be fitted with steel brackets for lifting overhead by crane onto vessels at the James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF). In addition, contractor is to provide weekly services to pump, clean and re-stock soap, water and paper as needed. Servicing to be scheduled weekly on Thursday from 0830 to 1000 dockside at the JRRF.
