This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) EXTRACTION & SEQUENCING SERVICES in accordance with the performance-based work statement. The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition shall be used for this acquisition. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes contained in the solicitation and amendments shall be adhered to.
