- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Polk, LA is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Proposal (RFP) firm fixed price service contract to provide Rotational Life Support Services. Contractor shall be responsible for performing the following services: set-up, operate, maintenance, servicing, repair and tear down of all contractor equipment/components at the site. The required contractor equipment/components include (but not limited to): various sized tents, tent flooring, generators, environmental control units, hand wash stations, light sets, hygiene units and fire extinguishers. The contractor shall also be required to complete fueling operations of all applicable components with Government furnished fuel; providing fresh water services utilizing Government furnished potable water; and providing and maintaining storage/dispensing points with Government furnished potable water. Place of performance for this requirement is as follows. The work to be performed at the following locations in Louisiana to include but not limited to: Fort Polk training area; Camp Beauregard located near Pineville, LA; Aerial Port of Debarkation (APOD) at England Airpark, Alexandria, LA and within 100 miles of the Fort Polk training area depending on rotational requirements. An organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement and is tentatively scheduled for August 12, 2022. Details of that site visit will be available in the solicitation. The tentative dates for issuing the solicitation is August 05, 2022 with a closing date of September 06, 2022 with full performance to start December 21, 2022. All solicitation documents will be available for inspection through the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov to receive a government contract award.
