- This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement. The Washington D.C Department of Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) seeks a preventive maintenance and service contract for its Monarch platform, which provides bronchoscopy visualization and access to patient airways for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform service and maintenance to support the Monarch Elevate products. Equipment: Monarch Elevate-102020 Locations: Washington D.C VAMC 50 Irving St NW Washington, D.C. 20422 Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Information received in response to this Notice will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
