The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR), Neuro-Oncology Branch (NOB) requires one (1) new, commercially available, benchtop electrochemiluminescence immunoassay system capable of detection and analysis. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
