Description
Project Description: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, supervision, and transportation for work necessary to the following: Taxiway B and Taxiway D South of RW - Reconstruct Taxiway B and D to match the new runway repair project, correct fillets & extend culverts, provide new edge lights, and upgrade culvert under emergency access road. Taxiway D North of RW - Reconstruct taxiway D to 75' wide to match portion being constructed with the new runway repair project, correct fillets, and provide new edge lights. Taxiway H North and South of RW - Reconstruct Taxiway H to match the runway project, correct fillet radi at aprons and taxiways, and provide new edge lights. Silver Ramp, Repair Trench Drains - Replace Trench Drains at Silver Ramp. All work shall be performed in compliance with drawings and specifications once provided. Fort Bragg Landfill is closed.� All construction debris will have to deposit off post.� Contractor will be required to fill out Fort Bragg Solid Waste/Recycling Reporting Form and submit to Fort Bragg Solid Waste/Recycling Office no later than the second Friday of each month. Construction Magnitude:� In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be more than $10M.� *** This Sources Sought requests respondents to reply to the primary Point of Contact via email and address the following: 1)� Organization name,�Unique Entity ID (UEI), business size (small or large), address, CAGE Code, and type of ownership for this organization.� 2) Are you aware of skilled labor shortages in the area for those crafts that will be needed to complete the referenced project? If so, please elaborate and provide supporting documentation where possible. 3) Are you aware of time sensitive issues/scheduling requirements that would affect the rate at which the referenced project should be completed? If so, please elaborate and provide supporting documentation where possible. 4) Identify specific reasons why or how you believe a PLA would advance the Federal Governments interest in achieving economy and efficiency in federal procurement. Responses are requested by 1200 pm (EST) on 22 July 2022.� Early responses to this Sources Sought are sincerely appreciated and respondents do not have to wait until the due date to respond.��
