- Q1-What is the eligibility size for the utilization of the platform? 142,000 Q2-Will this be for Veteran s only? No, Veterans and staff. Q3- Pg 43 of the solicitation refers to a line-item detail spreadsheet provided with the solicitation. I do not see this as a document in sam.gov. Can you provide a copy to me? Removing line-item spreadsheet Q4-Pg 43 refers to submit completed Price Schedule to include unit price, and overall price. Is the government referring to Pg 12 B.2 Price Cost Schedule? Yes, but can submit separate quote. Q5- Pg 43 Requests the contract to submit documents for all item(s) that may connect to the VA network and medical devices that store sensitive patient information. Can the government explain what they are requesting? Will the contractor be required to prepare charting notes and to input in the veterans files? There will be no connection to the VA network. Monthly reports regarding usage will be provided to the facility. Personal Information from participants will be provided only to the COR for purposes of documenting in the electronic health record. Q6-Pg 43 Offers must include an authorized vendor/reseller/distributor letter at the time the offer is submitted. Can the government provide the authorized Vendor form so that the contractor can provide with its proposal? The government does not provide an authorize authorized vendor/reseller/distributor letter for any vendor. Q7- Pg 10 of the Solicitation requires ATCQGA Tai Chi certification and training. Since Tai Chi is passed down from one Master to another, does the government recognize other trainings and experience than that of ATCQGA? Yes, other accredited training will be recognized.
