Section 1.6.17 (x) adds 450 each Micro Check 65/35 shirts. 2.� Attachment 4 � Pricing List has been revised 13 July 2022 to include Micro Check 65/35 short sleeve shirts for the Base Year and Option Years 1 and 2 (CLINs 0001k, 1001k, 2001k). 3.� Quote due date is changed from Friday 15 July 2022 5:00 P.M. CST to Monday 18 July 2022 12:00 P.M. CST. With this Amendment 0001: 1.�� �Proposal due date has been updated from Tuesday 12 July 2022 to Friday 15 Jul 2022. 2.�� �Attachment 4 - Pricing List has been updated 12 July 2022. 3.�� �Attachment 9 - Answers to Questions Submitted is added to the solicitation. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; the attached �Request for Quotation (RFQ)� is provided electronically and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 2031ZA22Q00118. (iii) The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06 / effective date of 26 May 2022. (iv) This solicitation is not bound by a set-aside (full and open competition) under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 812332 Industrial Launderers and the size standard is $41,500,000. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. This acquisition is conducted using Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is the vendors responsibility to be familiar with applicable clause and provisions. (v) The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its proposal firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotation, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the RFQ. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) at the Western Currency Facility (WCF) requires the rental and laundering of uniforms as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Generally, this includes but is not limited to provision of new uniforms to all employees requiring uniforms, appropriately labeled laundered, alteration/repair, patch sewing, pressing or ironing and weekly pickup of the uniforms to remove any residue of hazardous material and irritants. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Uniform Rental and Laundry Services as defined in the associated PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.� The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
