Description: TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Army Contracting Command-Redstone has a requirement to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for sustainment of the Gray Eagle Block 0 system.�This CLS contract will provide on-site sustainment, technical support, training, operational and logistics support of supplies and equipment within the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS) sites to include sustaining support for depot operations, support equipment to assist on-site Field Service Representatives (FSRs), and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance. The proposed Gray Eagle Block 0 CLS contract will be a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) contract. This is a planned sole source requirement to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (Cage Code OYJB5), OEM of the Gray Eagle Block 0 system. The requirement is subject to the availability of funds. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
