- PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT This is a PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23 Minneapolis VA Health Care System, Minneapolis, MN intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Commissioning Services. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable for this procurement is 541330 Engineering Services. Size Standard: $16.5 Million. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small-Business Set-Aside.
