Description

This Invitation For Bid (IFB) will result in a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award for the Building 256 Resurface Running Track Requirement, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco GA. This acquisition is a competitive acquisition set-aside for HUBZone entities. The Government will perform proposal analysis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14.408 when evaluating the offeror�s proposal. The construction magnitude for this requirement is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The contract duration will be for a period not to exceed 180 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation shall be 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday July 26, 2022, at 10:00am. All personnel that�are not currently badged will need to complete and return Day Pass applications for all attendees no later than July 22, 2022, at 10:00am. Please return to the attention of the Contracting Officer. Attendees should report to the commercial gate a minimum of 30 minutes prior to site visit start time to complete the badge application screening process; and will then�proceed to Building 99 for the Site visit.
