- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is W50S9222Q9012. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). 2. This requirement is solicited 100% Total Small-Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 722310. 3. Below is the contract line item number (CLIN). CLIN 0001 � 22 Days, Base Year: Kitchen Attendant Service in accordance with Attachment 1 � PWS Local Telecommunications Services; CLIN 1001 � 22 Days, Option Year 1: Local Telecommunications Service in accordance with Attachment 1 � PWS Local Telecommunications Services; CLIN 2001 � 22 Days, Option Year 2: Local Telecommunications Service in accordance with Attachment 1 � PWS Local Telecommunications Services; CLIN 3001 � 22 Days, Option Year 3: Local Telecommunications Service in accordance with Attachment 1 � PWS Local Telecommunications Services; CLIN 4001 � 22 Days, Option Year 4: Local Telecommunications Service in accordance with Attachment 1 � PWS Local Telecommunications Services; and CLIN 0002 � 11 Days, Additional: An unfunded, �not to exceed�, line item shall be included in this requirement for the incorporation of any additional days of service to be used within the scope of the contract in the event that more than 22 days are required for a contract year. The price of services under this line item shall be equal to the price of daily service for the year of the contract in which the additional days are being incorporated. This line item shall only be used after receipt of a modification to fund the line item in the required amount, or confirmation from the Contracting Officer that the following conditions have been met: The need for the additional days is valid; Sufficient funding is available for the additional day(s); The quantity of additional days requested does not exceed the number of days available for use against the line item; and Use of this CLIN is authorized by the Contracting Officer. 4. Description of requirement for the services to be acquired. Period of Performance: CLIN 0001 � 20 September 2022 to 19 September 2023; CLIN 1001 � 20 September 2023 to 19 September 2024; CLIN 2001 � 20 September 2024 to 19 September 2025; CLIN 3001 � 20 September 2025 to 19 September 2026; CLIN 4001 � 20 September 2026 to 19 September 2027; and CLIN 0002 � Additional days to be used on an as needed basis. Period of performance start dates are tentative and may change depending on the date the contract is awarded. Performance Location: Performance shall be out of the following two separate locations: 81 Constellation Court, Middletown, PA 17057; and Bldg 1-515, York Rd, Annville, PA 17003. � Inspection and acceptance: FOB destination Wage Determination: ����������������������� Service Contract Act Wage Determination No.: 2015-4231; ����������������������� Revision No.: 19; ����������������������� Date of Revision: 27 June 2022 5. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 26 May 2022. 6. Associated clauses and provisions are attached via the attached PDF titled ""Service Combo Synopsis - Kitchen Attendant Services"" Questions and Answers. All questions must be submitted via email to TSgt Caitlyn Hart at caitlyn.hart@us.af.mil. The deadline for submitting questions is Wednesday, 20 July 2022 at 10:00 am ET. Questions submitted after the aforementioned cutoff date may not be reviewed or answered. In response to questions asked before the cutoff date and time, a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document will be uploaded to the solicitation by the Government providing answers to any questions asked. In the event no questions are received, the document will not be uploaded. Answers will not be provided directly to the asking contractors and will ONLY be provided via upload of the Q&A document to the solicitation.
