Responses to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No quotes are being requested or accepted at this time with this notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Department of Veterans Affairs to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531 has a requirement for the following: Medicine service requests (4) bodily waste management systems including software, NetPro connectivity, licensing, installation, training by vendor representative, (2) service manuals, (2) operator manuals, and a one-year parts and labor warranty. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. Prior to issuing a solicitation, and pursuant to the Veterans First Contracting Program, the VA is trying to find any qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) with the capability of providing the required supplies and services. Respondents are not limited to SDVOSB/VOSB concerns; the Government seeks to identify all potentially interested sources. The intent of this sources sought notice is to establish sources in order to define the procurement strategy (e.g set-aside, sole source, unrestricted). Interested vendors responses to this notice should include the following information: 1. Company name 2. Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number 3. ueiSAM Number 4. Company s address 5. SUPPLY SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AND WARRANTY: Must be an authorized distributor of the manufacture. The warranty and support must cover all components of this requirement in accordance with standard manufacturer s warranty. 10 . DISTRIBUTORS: You must provide proof that you are an authorized distributor. VA does not accept grey market items.
