- The Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, in support of Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 2, is considering soliciting a requirement for WIN-T Increment 2 procurement of spares managed by CECOM (B16), under NAICS 335312. If issued, the ILSC anticipates a 10-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) type contract using range quantity pricing for the procurement of spares identified in the table below.� Requirements Description: This LRU is a commercially available Azimuth Motor, NMD-SPR-AZMTR-B, utilized in the Satellite Transportable Terminal High Power Plus (STT HP+ (AN/TSC-208)). A form, fit, and function identical part is required. The USG CANNOT guarantee specific requirements for production of LRUs. The forecasted first year quantity requirement is shown below, with the subsequent 9 years of demand being likely similar. FSC: 6105 NIIN: 016444408 �� � MFG PN: NMD-SPR-AZMTR-B�� � Common Name: MOTOR-TACHOMETER (AZ MOTOR B)�� � QTY: 20 It is highly encouraged that interested sources fully capable of satisfying potential supply for these items identify and submit their best economic range quantity to achieve manufacture cost savings as part of responses to this announcement for consideration. The following additional NAICS apply: 335312 � Requested Response Information: Sources that can manufacture or supply the listed parts are requested to submit information to show their capability to manufacture or supply the same or similar parts. At a minimum, information submitted should include but is not limited to the following types of documentation: Questionnaire. In your response, please include your company name, CAGE code, and a technical point of contact with email address and telephone number. Notice, Response Due Date, and Points of Contact: This is NOT a Request for Quote or Proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this SSA or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this SSA. This Sources sought announcement (SSA) is for planning and market research purposes only, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
