Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Company, Fullerton, California, for 2023-2024 requirements for Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) production for the government of Japan.� The contract will procure up to two (2) JPALS units and On Board Repair Parts. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-4, �International Agreement�.� Firms interested in subcontracting opportunities may contact Paul Nakamoto, Raytheon Company, at paul.nakamoto@raytheon.com or (714) 446-3682.� The Government does not intend to use the provisions of FAR Part 12 for this acquisition.
