- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W50S86-22-Q-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333923 with a small business size standard of 1,250.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com, will end on: 2022-08-01 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be Alpena, MI 49707 The Michigan Air National Guard Consolidated Contracting (MACC) requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: 80 Foot Telescopic Boom Lift: � Platform Capacity: 500lb unrestricted to 1000lb restricted � Platform size: 36 in x 96 in Minimum � Swing Range: 360 degrees � Articulating Jib: 130 degree articulation � Swing Type: Continuous � Stowed Height: 10 ft or less � Stowed Width: 9 ft or less � Horizontal Outreach: 75 ft Maximum � Up and Over Height: 70 ft Maximum � Platform Height: 85 ft Maximum � Lift shall have a function that deactivates platform functions if the platform comes into contact with a surrounding objects ie, bumper kill switches for side to side contact emergency stop, halo for contact below the basket � Basket shall have exterior fall protection for ability to work outside basket while raised � Diesel Engine Powered � Drive: 2WD & 4WD � Tires: Pneumatic, 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, Michigan Air National Guard Consolidated Contracting (MACC) intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. Michigan Air National Guard Consolidated Contracting (MACC) is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Person means� (1) A natural person, corporation, company, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other nongovernmental entity, organization, or group; (2) Any governmental entity or instrumentality of a government, including a multilateral development institution (as defined in section 1701(c)(3) of the International Financial Institutions Act (22 U.S.C. 262r(c)(3)); and (3) Any successor, subunit, parent entity, or subsidiary of, or any entity under common ownership or control with, any entity described in paragraph (1) or (2) of this definition.
