Description

AMENDMENT 0001: This Amendment is to change the offer due date from 13 July 2022 to 21 July 2022. �Electronic offers are accepted. Questions are due NLT 15 July 2022. REPAIR BLDG P-1 FIRE DAMAGE PROJECT NUMBER: VVRK222233 This project consists of providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to mitigate fire and smoke damage from a recent f ire, abate asbestos containing materials as required for cleanup and reconstruction, and restore all mechanical, electrical, fire alarms, communications, doors, w indow s, and architectural finishes to pre-loss condition, w hile matching adjacent administrative areas to the extent possible of the existing building P-1. All w ork to be completed at the South Portland Air National Guard Station, South Portland, ME 04106 (Cumberland County). This project is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classif ication (NAICS) code is 236220, and the Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M in average annual receipts for the previous three years. Construction magnitude is Between $100,000 and $250,000. All documents including plans and specifications will be available only from this posting. Aw ard will be made to the best value to the Government considering only price and performance period/delivery schedule. Site Visit is scheduled for 12 July 2022 at 1000Hrs, contact the Contracting officer for more information.
