Description

Special Notice: Strategic Management and Administrative Support (SMAS) Contract It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), Office of the Acquisitions (OA), on behalf of the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Office of the Director (OD), National Institute of Health (NIH) to issue a Special Notice to publish the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Strategic Management and Administrative Support (SMAS) Contract to obtain any feedback from interested parties.� This Special Notice does not constitute a Solicitation nor Request for Proposal (RFP) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government.� Responses in any forms will not considered as offers and the Government is under no obligations to award a contract as a result of this announcement.� Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary.� No basis for claims shall arise as a result of a response to this notice or the use of such information as either part of the evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement.� Soliciting this requirement is totally at the Government discretions. This procurement is being solicited under GSA MAS SIN 54151S as a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services).� Your responses may assist the government in developing a potential Request for Quotations (RFQ).
