Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE (post on sam.gov as a special notice) Requisition Number: M-22-D24-R-000014 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract emergency service for a Law Enforcement (LE) - restricted network with Illinois State Police and other cooperating law enforcement agencies. The period of performance for this effort will be a base period with no option periods once awarded and ending 9/30/2022. The total estimated value is less than $10,400.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement.� The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is soley within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by responding to this notice.
