Description

SS- BUY INDIAN -The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance services (PMs) and repairs on the Dimensions 2D 5000; SN: 81008132560, and the SecureView DX400, SN: 2980913B4934, Tomosynthesis (digital mammography system) located in the Radiology Department. The purpose of the agreement is to maintain the equipment in good operating condition and repair in accordance with manufacture�s specifications to meet the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101, 99, standards for Health Care Facilities, Environment of Care (EC.02.04.01, EC.02.04.03), and The Joint Commission standards.
