Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a one year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Jama Connect (Selfhosted) JCN-JPPOS-00 (Quantity 1); Jama Connect, Named Creator (Selfhosted) JCN-LSIOS-12 (Quantity 20); and Tasktop Integration Hub, via Named Creator (On-Premise) for 12 Months TIH-LSIOS-12 (Quantity 20). Period of performance is 31 July 2022 through 30 July 2023. NAICS is 511210.� The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, apply to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror, Carahsoft, whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. This combined synopsis is for a sole source contract to Carahsoft Technology Corp. in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.501 (a)(1)(i), Contracting Officers may conduct sole source acquisitions (including brand name) if the need to do so is justified in writing and approved.
