General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� Wyoming City:� Cody Delineated Area:� City Limits of Cody, WY Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 7,012 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 8,437 Space Type:� Office, Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):� 20 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 20 Parking Spaces (Structured):� N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 20 (6 trailers/14 GOVs secured in wareyard) Full Term:� 20 Years Firm Term:� 20 Years Option Term:� N/A Additional Requirements:� 18,000 Secured Wareyard Space Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).�
