Description

THIS NOTICE REPLACES SPECIAL NOTICE W81K0022R0029 Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to LivaNova USA, Inc for vagal nerve stimulation device.� The primary NAICS code for the requirement is NACIS Code 339113�� SURGICAL APPLIANCE AND SUPPLIES MANUFACTURING, with a size standard of 750. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit from and award to one source is in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1).� The Government anticipate award will be made on or about 27 July 2022.�
