Description: The NRC intends to issue a sole source contract to Marriott North Bethesda Conference Center, located at 5701 MARINELLI RD NORTH BETHESDA MD, for conference space for its annual Regulatory Information Conference (RIC),� to include: light refreshments in accordance with 31 U.S.C. � 1345 B-300826; audio-visual equipment; as well as set aside 760 hotel rooms for conference attendees (both Federal Government and non-Government attendees) who will individually reserve and pay for their rooms. The NRC anticipates approximately 2,000 in person attendees. The conference dates for this contract are March 14-16, 2023, March 12-14, 2024, and March 11-13, 2025.
